Invented around the turn of the century, roof golf was originally a simple game in which whiffle golf balls were struck from atop the roof of 1405 W. Pennsylvania Ave. and into a target area delineated by a circular yellow hose. As time wore on, roof golf evolved into an established sport worthy of a commemorative hall.
On February 19, 2011, the HALL OF ORG was established to honor those who have orged and were victorious in doing so. Initially, the HALL OF ORG was relatively unknown, but has gradually become widely recognized. Admittedly, it was not presently achieved the level of recognition as Baseball's Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY or Football's Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio; however, the HALL OF ORG has become a second-tier hall of fame with inductees from throughout USA.
